We deliver quality and efficiency to discerning clients in the Aerospace, Medical and Oil & Gas industries. Our precision-engineered products are delivered to global OEMs on time, every time.
Our experienced engineers are capable of making challenging machined components using the best machine tools and processes. We can manufacture, treat, plate, paint and test a part without leaving our location.
Modern Facilities
HI-TECH SYSTEMS & ENGINEERS ASG is situated in two nearby locations. In total we have 62K sq. ft of precision machining area, and a 14K sq. ft special process plant. Our newest addition is a 48K sq.ft facility inaugurated in Dec 2019. All precision machining units and quality stations are climate controlled and epoxy floored. In addition, HI-TECH SYSTEMS & ENGINEERS is committed to the highest levels of ROHS compliance.
Machine Shop
Our machine shop has over 65 machine tools, spanning simple 3 axis lathes and mills to 5 axis milling, 7 & 9 axis turn mills. In our dedicated NPI/FAI cells, we can efficiently load development parts, not disturbing the production machines in progress.
HI-TECH SYSTEMS & ENGINEERS’s expertise is in cutting hard metals cost effectively. We are able to hold a .0002” tolerance on our current machines. We finish parts using machine and hand de-burring, often aided by microscope.
We carry six months of raw materials and 4-6 weeks of finished goods for our customers. We ensure the integrity of our traceability standard using color coded raw material sorting, and digital checks on material composition using a Video Spectrometer.
We also hold the most stringent quality standards in the industry, with over 30 quality personnel to administer and supervise this level of scrutiny. Our quality room has 5 CMM’s in addition to standard gauges and instruments.

This facility caters to all third-party customers with a broad range of special processes under one roof.
